Measure everything in millimeters
Use a tape measure or caliper. Keep the shelf removed from the fridge to measure correctly.

Base = width from left to right
Measure the shelf at its widest point, edge to edge.

Height = from floor to guard bar
Measure from the bottom of the shelf to the top of the front bar that holds the products.

Depth = front to back
Measure how deep the shelf is, from the front bar to the rear hanging edge.
