No. 02 · StepBrowse the catalogue
The catalog and filters
The catalog is the list of all spare parts. When the results are too many, use the filters to narrow down: by category (the type of spare part) and by brand. You can also choose how to see the list, how many columns to show and how many products per page.
Here's where it is The «Filter catalog» panel opened Step by step- Open the catalog from the top menu (the "Shop" or "Catalog" item).
- Press the «Filters» button at the top of the list: the «Filter catalog» panel opens.
- Check one or more "Categories" (the type of spare part) and, if you want, one or more "Brands".
- Click «Apply filters»: the list shows only the spare parts that match your choices.
- The chosen filters remain visible as labels below the bar; to remove one click on its «×».
- To start over, click «Remove all filters».
- With the commands on the bar you change the view (grid or list), number of "Columns" and "Per page".
- At the bottom of the page use «Previous» and «Next» to scroll through the pages.
Don't know what category to search in? Skip the filters and use the search bar at the top, or the "Simplified searches" to measure.

No. 03 · StepBrowse by department
The categories
The categories are the warehouse departments: washing machine, fridge, hood, small appliances and so on. When you don't start from a code but only know what type of part you need, the "Categories" page is the shortcut: choose the department and we show you only its spare parts, ready to filter.
Here's where it is Step by step- From the top menu open «Categories» (or use the department grid found on the homepage).
- The page shows all the departments, each with icon, name and number of spare parts available.
- Click the department you are interested in: the catalog already restricted to that department opens, you only see its spare parts.
- If subcategories appear at the top (the smaller "drawers"), click one to go further into detail.
- When you see the department grid, above the drawers you will find the "Filter by brand" drop-down menu: choose one and only the departments that have spare parts of that brand remain, with updated counts. The brand follows you when you enter the department, so the list is already filtered.
- From here similar as in the catalogue: add the "Brand" filter, change view, "Columns" and "Per page".
- Use the path «Home › Category…» at the top of the page to go back to the higher department or return to the complete list.
The categories serve to narrow the field; for the exact piece the search bar or the "Simplified searches" by measurement remains faster. A department without spare parts available does not appear: you only see those with parts in stock.

No. 04 · StepFind by size
Searches simplified
When you don't have the spare part code but you have the part in hand, you can find it starting from its measurements. This applies to the metal filters of the hood, the grills of the hob, the shelves and balconies of the fridge and the belts: you set the dimensions and the brand and we show you only the pieces that match.
Here's where it is Step by step- Take hold of the piece to be replaced (old filter, grill, shelf or belt).
- Measure it with a ruler or tape measure, in millimeters (mm): note the base, height and thickness.
- From the site menu open "Simplified searches".
- At the top, choose the right tab: Hood Filters, Hob Grids, Fridge Shelves or Belts.
- Enter the measurements in the fields and, if you know it, select the brand.
- Click «Search»: only spare parts compatible with those measurements appear below.
- Click on the right spare part to open the tab and add it to your cart.
Not sure about a size? Leave it blank: the search will only use the values you entered.

No. 05 · StepCompatibility
Model verification
Before ordering, check whether a spare part is suitable for your appliance. Enter the model code or serial number and we will immediately tell you if that part is suitable for that machine, also managing the serial number ranges. This way you avoid returns and wrong orders.
Here's where it is Step by step- Find the appliance's data plate - this is usually a sticker on the back, side or edge of the door.
- Read the model code: it is an abbreviation of letters and numbers (e.g. EC604B).
- Open the data sheet of a spare part that interests you.
- In the «Verify your model» box, write the code and click «Verify».
- If it is compatible you see the green confirmation; if it isn't we'll let you know, and in that case don't order it.
- Alternatively, from the search bar at the top choose «Verify model» and enter the code to see all the spare parts for that machine.
Can't find the nameplate? Follow the page «Guide to finding the label». In the product, the «Technical data sheet» tab lists all the compatible codes.

The Favorites
Favorites is your list of the parts you order most often. You save a piece with a touch on your heart and find it when you need it, without searching for it every time. If a product leaves the catalog it disappears from the list on its own, so it always remains clean.
Here's where it is Step by step- Make sure you are logged in.
- Open the data sheet of a spare part (or look at it in the catalog list).
- Click the heart icon: when it fills, the piece is saved.
- To remove a favorite, click on the heart again: it empties.
- To review the list, click your name at the top right and then "Favourites".
- From there, reopen each tab and rearrange the piece as you need it.
The list holds up to 50 parts: think of it as your recurring stock, not a short selection.

No. 10 · StepTracked assistance
The Ticket system
When you have a doubt about a spare part, open a ticket instead of writing to us via email or WhatsApp. Each ticket is a thread of conversation linked to the product: it remains written, you always find it and you see at a glance if we have already responded. It is reserved for Resellers and Staff.
Here's where it is Step by step- Make sure you are logged in.
- Open the sheet of the spare part you have a doubt about.
- Click «Open ticket», write your question in the field and send.
- Your request remains written and linked to that product: it is not lost.
- When we respond you receive a notification, with the dot on your name at the top.
- To read and reply, click your name and then «Ticket»: you will find all the threads, open and closed.
Use tickets instead of email and WhatsApp: the conversation remains tracked and you can always find it again.

No. 11 · StepRemote assistance
Computer assistance (Helpdesk)
If you have a problem with the site (you can't log in, a page doesn't load, something doesn't work as it should) we can connect to your computer and fix it together, seeing your screen. Just download one of the three free programs from the «Helpdesk» page (Supremo, AnyDesk or RustDesk), start it and read the code it shows: we'll connect, you don't have to do anything else.
Here's where it is Step by step- From the site menu (or from the «Technical assistance» box in your area) open the «Helpdesk» page.
- Choose one of the three programs (Supremo, AnyDesk or RustDesk) and click the download button suitable for your computer (Windows, macOS or Linux).
- Open the file you just downloaded and start the program: you don't need to install anything or create an account.
- When the program starts, it displays an ID code (and sometimes a password): keep it in front of you.
- Call us and read us that code: our technician requests the connection and you confirm it.
- From that moment we see your screen and fix the problem together, guiding you step by step.
Remote assistance is only for technical problems with the site, not for orders or prices: for those use tickets or the sales contact. Close the program at the end of the session: the code changes every time, so no one can log back in.

No. 12 · StepParts coming soon
Spare parts on request
For parts that you order but are not in stock, follow the arrival status starting from the order number on the delivery note. You can save the numbers you are interested in: they remain in a list with a colored dot next to them that says if they have arrived, and from there you add them to the cart without typing them. When they arrive you pay for them online along with the rest: no phone calls to ask "has it arrived?" and no second trip to the store. You can see how many have already arrived at a glance: in the menu for your area, the "Spare parts on request" item shows the count in green.
Here's where it is Step by step- Keep your order number handy: it is written on the delivery note or on the confirmation we gave you.
- From the website menu, open "Spare parts on request" and write the order number to see the arrival status: each piece appears with its description, so you can immediately understand which one is missing.
- After the search, click «Save number»: you will find it in the «Saved numbers» list without having to retype it every time.
- In the list, each number has its status written next to it with a colored dot: green if it has arrived, red if not yet, orange if it has not arrived.
- When an order has arrived, the "Add" button next to the number lights up green: click on it (in the list on the page or in the cart box) to bring it to the cart.
- The pieces come with the description and price (VAT included) already filled in: you don't have to write anything, you pay for them together with the rest of the order.
- You remove a number that you no longer need from the list with the red trash can button. If the order has not yet arrived you cannot add it: the «Add» button remains off until the piece is ready.
The saved numbers and their statuses appear both in «Spares on Request» and in the shopping cart (the first five there, with «See more» for the entire list). The number is not found? Check that you have copied it in full, without spaces.
